As our Quality Control Manager, you will develop, implement, and support the quality programs (NADCAP, AS9100, ISO9001), ensuring products meet customer requirements, and see oversee all compliance activities for our Surface Technology - Liquid Coatings facility.

Your Challenge:
Working closely with the production team to ensure 100% compliance in a fast-paced facility.
Develop/Approve Process and Inspection plans compliant with customer and industry specific requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise while interacting with internal and external customers and suppliers.
Perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action for discrepant product.
Apply consistent quality practices to ensure we are audit ready at all times.
Your Expertise:
5-7 years of quality experience, in a manufacturing environment.
Aerospace experience is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret various documentation including engineering drawings, and technical specs.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
