Intermediate-Level .NET Developer
Overview
Dolphin Imaging and Management Solutions, a Patterson Technology, is looking for a entry level / intermediate software developer to work on the suite of Dolphin products. Responsibilities
Major Duties:
Software Development:
Collaborates with clients, developers and other team members in the conceptualization and development of new or existing software applications.
Helps research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program users and stakeholders. Writes programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as directed.
Project Team Work:
Participates in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
Issue Resolution:
Provides higher level support for incoming incident tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues. Partners with other engineers in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.

Technical Expertise:
Maintains current technical knowledge and best practices and actively builds new skills. Provides ideas to help solve business and technical problems for the organization through technical expertise.

Uses time effectively to complete tasks in a thorough and timely manner. Focuses on most important items first. Seeks out challenges and initiates action on issues even when scope is unclear.

Qualifications
Experience with Windows desktop applications with Microsoft .NET Framework (C# and/or Visual Basic.NET)
Visual Studio 2012 or 2015
Use of source control procedures
Ability to write functional and technical software specifications
Proficient in client/server application architecture and relational database design and use
We are a DBA-less shop so T-SQL skills are required for this position.
