General Summary: With minimal supervision from the Supervisor, the Print Production Account Specialist serves as the Creative Bridge liaison with internal CCRC departments and works closely with external clients. The Specialist also understands the flow of print production, operates digital printers and finishing machinery, monitors and maintains quality standards, and ensures customer needs are met.
You will have the opportunity to:
Provide Creative Bridge customer support including order entry, pricing estimates, job specifications, invoicing, and payment collection following CCRC policies and procedures. Works to creatively and effectively solve customer issues, follows up, and provides timely communication. Works with Creative Bridge Supervisor, Print Production Specialist and design team to maximize productivity and ensure on time delivery. 50%
Coordinate accurate and timely ordering and inventory of materials. 15%
Understand the flow of production and has the ability to operate digital printers, inserts, cutters, perforators, slitters and shrink wrap devices. 15%
Ensure quality standards including quality control checks, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols are met. 10%
Set and attend appropriate internal and external sales, staff and customer meetings and participate in internal and external agency events. 10%
Requirements to be successful in this job:
High school diploma or equivalent required, and at least two years of customer service and/or office experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with shifting priorities.
Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams.
Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Bonus for Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Excellent computer skills to include knowledge of imposition.
Experience with QuickBooks, print production and/or customer relationship management software preferred.
Must have use of an automobile with adequate insurance coverage and a valid California's Driver's License with an acceptable driving record substantiated by a copy of DMV records.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have the ability to work non-traditional work schedules, which may include evenings and Saturdays.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
