General Summary:
Under the supervision of the HR Employment Manager, the Recruiting Supervisorsupervises the Recruiter and Recruiting Assistant in the recruitment activity to support the Agency's recruiting efforts including planning, managing, and coordinating recruitment activities while recruiting assigned roles.
Key areas of responsibility include the ability to:
Recruiting (50%)
Involvement in all aspects of non-exempt, temporary, and some exempt recruitment to include:
Full Cycle Recruiting
Creative sourcing of candidates
Internal and external posting of open positions, job posting and advertising
Reviewing of incoming resumes and referring qualified candidates to hiring manager for review and feedback
Phone Screening and interviewing candidates as needed
Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) on recruitment efforts; obtains feedback and guidance HRBPs as needed.
Manage positions through UltiPro's recruitment applicant tracking system and maintains an applicant tracking database which includes AAP and OFCCP data.
Provides effective guidance to management regarding recruitment needs, ensuring that all applicable policies, procedures and legal requirements are met.
Recruitment Management (25%)
Identify, manage, negotiate and select the use of permanent placement and temporary agencies with oversight by HR Employment Manager.
Initiate and maintain agency temporary staffing and direct hire contracts.
Manage the outside agency temporary, volunteer, and intern process using Agency policies and procedures. Develop relationships with secondary education intern program contacts liaising with CCRC management on their internal needs.
Facilitate and act as the point of contact for job fairs and community events to promote the Agency.
Partner with HR Business Partner responsible for AAP/EEO on analyzing EEO data, trends, and identifying next steps as appropriate.
Supervision (25%)
Supervise one Recruiter and one HR Recruiting Assistant including management of work and evaluating work. Will need to train, hire, develop and lead new recruiting staff, ensuring that recruitment and other goals are met by prescribed deadlines.
Responsible for guiding, developing, and managing the work within the recruitment team including meeting expected goals and expectations while utilizing current policies and procedures.
Gather data and prepare the Open Requisition report and HR Metrics recruiting reports on a scheduled basis as well as other reports as requested.
Track and analyze recruitment data to ensure that recruitment needs are being met on a consistent basis.
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or any combination of knowledge and experience as a recruitment supervisor.
Minimum of 3 years personnel and recruiting experience, OR
Any similiar combination of experience and education to total a minumum of 5 years
Ability to supervise direct reports in an effective, professional manner, confirming that they are performing as expected.
Experience working with outreach programs under the OFFCP requirement preferred.
Knowledge of OFCCP/EEO and how it applies to recruitment required.
Ability to exercise discretion and apply good judgment in making decisions while working independently.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
