Interactive Marketing Manager

We're seeking an experienced Internet Marketing Manager with a strong aptitude for synthesizing a large volume of data to help our team increase our sales and improve profitability. The Internet Marketing Manager should have a strong comprehension of retail finance and be technically savvy. The Internet Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Internet Marketing Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION: ¬ ?Analyze ROI performance of multi-channel paid marketing campaigns across all device types (desktop, tablet, smartphone) ?Conduct diligence and recommend strategies for testing with new paid marketing vendors ?Detail recommendations and highlight takeaways for future campaign strategy from paid marketing campaign analysis. ?Problem solve complex business questions leveraging the Company's database, web analytics, multi-touch attribution and predictive customer data platform. ?Evolve to become a marketing expert of Company's internal database structure to run ad-hoc reports for stakeholders efficiently. ?Perform metric analysis and summarize key takeaways related to Company produced videos to assist the overall video team strategy. ?Report and analyze metrics of both influencer and earned social media programs. ?Communicate, translate and troubleshoot pixel, product feed or other technical requirement needed to execute a marketing campaign with programming team. Job Requirements ?Previous 3-5 years internet marketing experience within a multi-channel retail, ecommerce or digital direct response agency environment. ?BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related area of study. MBA a plus. ?A quantitative mind set with exceptional MS Excel and MS Access skills. Ability to write SQL queries recommended. ?Expert level knowledge of Google Analytics/ Google Analytics 360. Prior hands on experience within Adobe Analytics or IBM Coremetrics is also helpful. ?Previous direct response digital media buying or planning experience is preferred with a strong comprehension of media types (CPM, CPA, CPC) and creative optimization types (ie. DCO) ?Previous experience with the Google Display Network, YouTube advertising, video advertising and programmatic media display networks a plus. ?Experience working with a multi- touch attribution platform a plus (i.e. Visual IQ, Marketshare). ?Knowledge of cross device, identity linking technologies and/or people-based marketing (i.e. LiveRamp) a plus. ?Working knowledge of paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter ?An ambitious self-starter with strong verbal and communication skills that can work well within a cross functional team and a fast-paced environment. ?Regular job attendance is required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
