We are looking for an inspirational leader, to oversee, create and scale the manufacturing for our rapidly growing company and to do so in an ethical way. There will be direct oversight of departments including production, warehousing, sanitation and maintenance.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the our manufacturing processes, including maintenance and facilities, production and shipping and receiving.

  • Ensure supply, ingredients and materials availability to produce daily and future orders.

  • Continuously review and optimize all manufacturing processes to ensure the highest levels of operating efficiency.

  • Direct production planning for facility, continuously balancing customer demands with production considerations

  • Implement set of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Actively coach, train and develop team to build confidence, implement process control methods and deliver KPI results.

  • Determine current and future equipment needs to allow for increased production volume and quality enhancements for the efficient production of both current and new products.

  • Stay abreast of new and changing regulations regarding food safety and sanitation

  • Lead through example - promote safety and quality performance and help establish culture

  • Adhere to company core values

  • Other duties as assigned


  • BA, required.

  • MBA, a plus.

  • 10 plus years of recent experience in operations in food, cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

  • Must be competent with data analysis tools, have experience with ERP systems and be adept with Microsoft Office platform.

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English, a plus.

  • Must have a solid understanding of lean manufacturing. .

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence others to meet department objectives

  • Familiarity with format of business communication and technical writing

  • Great attitude.

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with others

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee will sit for an extended period of time, stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs. The employee will work in an office environment and spend much of the day looking at a computer monitor and typing on a computer keyboard. Employee in protective gear may spend limited time in the walk-in food refrigerator and freezer at temperatures of 10-41 F.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
