Responsibilities Main responsibilities of this role include: Accountable for the development and implementation of standards andprocesses around definition, development, test, analysis, and maintenance of software applications insupportof the business. This includes processes and standards on writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications. Lead the effort to research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the development life cycle. This role requires someone with experience with Microsoft Visual C++ Environment and MFC. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a combination of equivalent education and experienc 6+ years of programming experiencerequired Extensive experience in all aspects of application development and project life cycles 4+ years of experience writing production-quality Windows desktop applications with Microsoft Visual C++ Environment and MFC Experience with GUI Design Experience in object-oriented programming and in multiple development technologies with proven ability to maintain software products written in different languages and platforms Extensive database (relational and hierarchical) and operating systems experience. Good experience in driving an application architecture Deep experience using source code management system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to write functional and technical software specifications Desired Qualifications Win32 API experience SQL database design and SQL access via C++ Experience with C# Experience with .Net Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Experience with corporate governance and developing business cases and return on investment analyses Job ID 2018-8381

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
