Manager Web Development Job Description An employer in Chatsworth, Ca is looking to add a Manager of Web Development to their large and growing team. The ideal manager will have a background managing multiple teams and up to 15developers with off shore resources. This is a non technical management role (no time for coding), this manager will primarily beresponsible for handling operations of the team, mentor and train junior team members, assist leadership in creating promotion paths and development programs. This manager must be a people person, humble, have a collaborative mindset and be the type of emotional leader that motivates employees and makes team members feel comfortable to confront issues to. Minimum Requirements Experience managing several large teams in a high traffic, high revenue shop with quick changing priorities Experience with frequent release cycles and familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies Strong interpersonal and communication skills, understands how to communicate to junior level staff up to C level executives, empathetic Experience building distributed multi-tiered web and non web systems that feature high throughput, low latency, and high availability Strong OOP skills with a competent understanding of common design paradigms Marketing and/or P&L management experience Desired Skills Experience with eCommerce shops Front End skills with HTML, CSS, and Javascript Experience with ASP.NET MVC with C# Experience with MS SQL Server 2008 or later - including SQL coding skills, stored procedures, and database design Experience with Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery Experience with unit testing or exposure to Test Driven Development Automated testing experience with Selenium Exposure to the Atlassian stack Scrum Master Certified

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
