Customer Service Representative Trainer

Position Summary: Kemper is seeking a Customer Service Trainer 1 to work in our Chatsworth, CA office. Candidates key responsibility is to provide training and development for customer service team. Our customer service team is the front line for assisting our brokers and providing the best service possible to our mutual insureds on both phones and processing broker requests. Our customer service team consists of insurance professionals who are knowledgeable and empowered to take action as needed when reviewing and processing change requests via phone, fax or online. This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F ; with the flexibility for Saturday support. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
