Quiet neighborhood but yet very close to plenty of restaurants (Kosher/Halal options as well), outlets, bars, hikes, schools, University, freeways, basketball/sport parks, hospitals, gyms and fast food places (majority of these place are within walking distance or within 10 minute drive) and great weather! This is a guesthouse property and I do reside in the main house.
