Vehicle Description The frame off restoration on this 1968 Ford Bronco Sport was recently completed.
This rust-free Bronco has a rebuilt 302 engine with all new surrounding engine parts, including electronic ignition and an HEI distributor.
It has a re-cored radiator, and a new exhaust system.
It has a rebuilt C-4 automatic transmission, with the shifter on the column, plus a re-sealed Dana 20 transfer case.
It has rebuilt 4 turn Lee power steering, it also has power disc brakes.
The axle housings were re-painted in a satin black finish.
The under side of the Bronco was gone through so everything looks nice underneath.
It has a 8 gallon side tank and a 12 gallon main fuel tank.
The body was taken off the chassis for the restoration, the 2 stage white PPG concept paint job was recently applied with 3 coats of clear coat, it has been color sanded and polished.
It has new match painted front and rear fender flares.
New hood struts were also added.
The original suspension was replaced with new 2.
5 suspension, and new 15 inch by 10 inch aluminum wheels with new 32 inch BFG All Terrain tires were installed.
It has a restored factory wire harness.
The seats are Pro Car Elite high back bucket seats with headrests in front on sliding brackets.
The rear seat is a fold and tumble rear seat with headrests.
It has shoulder belts in front and new lap belts in back.
The interior was restored in a black leather material with all new black carpeting.
It has a larger sized 76-77 brake petal, and an early 4x4 shifter with a straight handle transfer case.
The steering column is from a 74-77 Bronco.
The vacuum wiper system '68 Broncos would have normally come with has been replaced with a upgraded modern electric wiper system with new arms and blades.
It has a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo system in-dash with speakers mounted in the kick panels plus some 6.
5 speakers in the back.
