Vehicle Description This 1969 bronco is 98% rust free.
Once we are finished replacing the driver side floor pan it will be 100% rust free.
The bronco has been titled in Washington over the last few years but now it's down here in California.
We've got a clean title and all the paperwork to transfer it to a new owner.
We're going to do a frame off restoration on this Bronco, it's going to get West Coast Broncos dual shock hoops and two rancho shocks in front with extended radius arms and 4 C bushings.
We are going to go through the 5.
0 L factory fuel injected 302 engine & the 4R70W four-speed automatic transmission we received when we purchased this vehicle, we will be installing a rebuilt Dana 20 transfer case with billet dress up kit and all new seals +2 rebuilt driveshaft.
The bronco has a Dana 30 front axle and a Dana 44 rear end, I it has power steering and 4 wheel disc brakes.
We will be removing all of these parts, rebuilding where necessary and installing all new parts were necessary, then we will be installing a set of 15 x 9 US mag slotted wheels with 33 inch BFG all-terrain tires.
The axles will be disassembled, the housings powder coated, then reassembled with all new parts were necessary.
we will either keep the body Sepang Blue ( which is kind of a Lakers like 'purple' color) or we can repaint the bronco back to its original color which is fire engine red, or we can paint it whatever color a customer wants.
It's going to the paint shop this week and it will be there for around a month whether we keep the current paint job on it or whether we repaint the car in a different color.
It can either have new beltline trim installed or we can fill the rest of the holes where the beltline trim used to be.
we are removing the stock dashboard, we will repaint the stock dashboard white or to match the truck, then everything on the dashboard will be cleaned up and reinstalled.
The dash pad is in excellent shape, same goes with the actual 69 bronco dashboard.
It doesn't need a different dashboard but we could install a Legend dashboard if someone wants something that's cleaner than the original.
we plan to restore the low back folding stock front seats and original rear seat in Amberglow or ball glove vintage distressed leather with matching door panels, rear side panels and a matching tailgate panel.
We plan to shoot a polyuria or Linex interior bedliner throughout the entire tub and underside of the bronco once we figure out which direction we're going with the paint.
this Bronco is going to get all new door parts, hood parts, tailgate parts, plus everything on or around the bronco will be either restored or brand new when we're finished with this project.
We're going to estimate between four and six months to completion but it could take a little less time or a little more time depending on multiple factors.
if you are looking to get on board with a restoration this could be a great opportunity to have us build one out the way you want it, pricing to be determined.
